He decidido empezar a dar la coña de nuevo y empiezo con un post que he dejado en Facebook para que mis amigos lo ignoren, porque a partir de ahora escribo lo que me da la gana, y que conste, éste es el último post en español, así de claro!

Bueno amigos... Estaba bajandome pelis de Marvel gracias a la ayuda de wikipedia, lo cual me llevó a bajarme la última de star trek, lo cual me llevó a investigar cosas de Star Trek y luego a Galáctica...
Por el camino he encontrado varias joyas: y como trekkie pues... por defecto hay que convencer al resto del mundo por qué ésta es una saga increible, aunque con las últimas pelis no haya que trabajar tanto... Veamos tres argumentos por los que Star Trek es la polla...
Argumento 1: La influencia de Star Trek en la ciencia:
Star Trek is noted for its influence on the world outside of science fiction. It has been cited as an inspiration for several technological inventions such as the cell phone. Moreover, the show is noted for its progressive civil rights stances. The original series included one of television's first multiracial casts, and the first televised inter-racial kiss.

Argumento 2, la visión y la ética: Gene Roddenberry el creador de la serie, un tío futurista tenía ideas muy claras:
Roddenberry made it known to the writers of Star Trek and Star Trek: The Next Generation that religion and mystical thinking were not to be included, and that in Roddenberry's vision of Earth's future, everyone was an atheist and better for it.[16] He stubbornly resisted the effort of network execs to put a Christian chaplain on the crew of the Enterprise. It would be ludicrous, he argued, to pretend that all other religions would have become obliterated by this point, or that such a cosmopolitan people would impose one group's religion on all the rest of the crew.

Argumento 3... Battlestar Galactica:
Y si os digo que a partir de la tercera temporada de Star Trek the Next Generation, uno de los escritores era el mismo tío que luego re-escribió Galactica Ronald D Moore. So say we all bitches...
